We are able to accept PayPal payments for parking citations. Send your payment to the following email address: info@newportbeachca.gov and make sure to include your citation number in the comments section. You will receive an email confirmation from us after the transaction is verified.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please send an email to Cashier Help with your citation number and we will contact you to complete the transaction.
