In order to request a transcript or any supporting documents, students must come by the Counseling Center and make a college counseling appointment.  Students are encouraged to bring in all supplementary documentation from the prospective college to the appointment.  Students should note that it is important to arrive at this appointment prepared with due dates and deadlines for applications set by the institution.  A request and FERPA agreement will be completed during the appointment.  College information, including deadlines is available on Naviance.  The Counseling Center has a computer and research section available for any student researching colleges, universities, or summer programs.

Note:  LSMSA Alumni need to make transcript requests through a different process which is explained in the Academic Life section under the "Registrar's office" subsection.
