Student Activities and Clubs

When our students arrive at the Louisiana School, they bring with them diverse experiences, interests, and talents. The student services office engages those throughout the year with a wide range of cultural, educational, leadership, recreational, social, and wellness programs.

Together with our support offices — athletics and recreation, health services, residential life, and student development — student services encourages our students to make positive choices and search for a sense of balance between academic and personal growth.

Our campus-wide activities range from casual and formal dances, to cultural celebrations, to athletic and recreational competitions. Our students develop leadership skills by joining student organizations, strengthen academic skills by attending time management workshops, and deepen their commitment to serving others by volunteering throughout our local community.

The programs and services of the student services office will help to shape your Louisiana School experience into a dynamic and lively time of achievement and discovery.

Dances - Our students organize and attend four major dances each year: Sadie Hawkins, winter formal, sweethearts, and prom.
Multicultural Programs - The Louisiana School's multicultural programs offer opportunities for students to explore their own cultural identities as well as to learn about the cultural experiences of others.
