Help Wanted
Sometimes you lovely readers want to help with the website. Bless your cotton socks. I am not actively seeking staff members, as I am far too much of a control freak to let others run around my bizarre filing system. Instead I always welcome contributions to the website with open arms.
Contributions
- If you've spotted any factual errors on the site, please email the details and ideally a source of information. This could be anything: incorrect release dates, questionable storyline or gameplay information, wrong developer credited, etc.
- The same goes for other errors, such as broken links, missing images, and even typos. Always good to keep the place clean.
- If you've noticed any missing games that were published by Nintendo, or you feel you have something important to add to any of the pages on the site, email us and let us know. If you're not sure, then check the Site FAQ for details on how to identify Nintendo published titles, or drop in on the forums to ask.
- This website has got the most complete archive of Nintendo cameos on the web. If you've spotted a cameo that hasn't been added yet, then email it in. If you can provide a screenshot then that's even better! Screenshots are accepted in GIF or JPG format, and warn me before sending any large files (over 1MB).
- Got some interesting facts for a game? Then why not send something in for our new Trivia areas? Or how about an Easter Egg? Send it in. Please note that I will be checking them before adding them to the site.
Specific Help
While I like to try and do everything myself, I am just one man, and so I require the help of you, my beloved readers, to uncover information on the following things:
Nintendo Toys
When it comes to Nintendo's old toys and games from the 60's and 70's, I often know the name and what they look like, but usually I am stumped as to how they work or what year they were made. If you collect any of these items and can help then I would love to hear from you. Full credit will be given for any information and images you can provide.
e-Reader
The e-Reader for the Game Boy Advance was never released in Europe, which happens to be where I live. This means I have no idea how to cover the information on it. If you have information on complete card sets, games that can be unlocked or the effect they have on other games then please get in touch.
Kazumi Totaka's Song
One of Nintendo Database's own discoveries was discovering the identity of Kazumi Totaka's song. However, there are still games where the song could be hidden but hasn't been discovered yet. If you can help, please send me details - and be as specific as you possibly can, as I will want to hear it too!
We have nearly found them all! Only Wave Race 64 and Wii Sports remain for the song to be found. If you can help, then please do!
