Cell Phone
Radiation

Cell phones are a
huge part of our daily lives. But there have been many
debates and studies about the amount of radiation
released from cell phones and its potential danger.
However, with all of the attention give to these dangers,
mobile phone manufacturers are not slowing down for such
claims. In fact, there are even products that claim to
protect cell phone users from
radiation.
Since we have less
than 20 years experience with cell phones, we can not
prove or disprove the effects over long term use. Studies
have tried to encapsulate all sorts of problems such as
memory problems, tiredness, insomnia, and headaches. Some
studies suggest that babies, infants, and small children
may be at a higher risk of developing problems because
their bodies are still growing and not fully
developed.
There are all
kinds of products that claim to protect you from the
effects of dangerous cell phone radiation. Unfortunately,
these products are feeding off mass hysteria and have yet
to be scientifically proven to be of any value. If you
notice, most of these products claim that radiation
enters the ear so there is where protection is needed. It
doesn’t take a NASA engineer to tell you that radiation
will flow up antennas, down the phone, and around the
reflector just as easy.
So my point is
that you don’t need to waste your money on buying these
products unless you have the money to toss down the
drain. If you won’t be able to sleep at night because you
are worried, then here are a few simple suggestions to
help reduce your potential
exposure:
1.
Don’t use your
cell phone for every single call. And when you are on a
call, make it short and to the
point.
2.
You can move the
cell phone to your belt, and use a wireless
headset.
3.
Don’t use your
mobile phone where it will have difficult connecting to a
network. The harder it tries to connect, the more
potential radiation will leak
out.
4.
And the best
method is to completely avoid using them in the first
place. I’m sure you can get along with out it just fine.
It’s needed like food or water
is.
