Windows Whistler FAQ
Whistler lock up during the setup (Voodoo 3)?
The Voodoo 3 driver cause this problem on some configurations. Workaround:
Boot Windows 2000, go to the Whistler partition, remove 3dfxvs2k.inf, and 3dfxvs2k.pnf from the \windows\inf directory. Reboot.
