Still many elderly who have myalgia and myalgia considers it a matter of course, that in fact if not promptly treated can be a fatal problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the decrease in the level of gymnastics arthritic pain in patients with myalgia in IHC Elderly Village Batuaji Ringinrejo Subdistrict Kediri. This study design is pre experiment with the type of One Group Pre-Post Test Design. The population is all elderly who have myalgia in health centre. By purposive sampling of respondents found as many as 26 people and statistically using Wilcoxon test. Of the total 26 respondents, prior to gymnastics arthritis who experience mild pain as much as 16 respondents (42.3%), moderate pain as much as 15 respondents (57.7%). Meanwhile, after doing gymnastics arthritis who experience mild pain as much as 16 respondents (61.6%), who experience moderate pain as much as one respondent (3.8%), and the pain is not as much as 9 respondents (34.6%). From the analysis of the data with the Wilcoxon test showed that there was gymnastics rheumatic effect on the reduction of pain in patients with myalgia in health centre for eldery batuaji ringinrejo kediri. Based on this research can lead to arthritis exercises increase flexibility of the joints of the limbs of the body so as to reduce the pain.

Researches have been carried out in the past, by several authors, concerning agricultural marketing without the use of geospatial techniques. This research therefore is meant to show the efficacy of Geographical Information System (GIS) in local market distribution. The role of market place as a man-made feature where goods and services are exchanged for the purpose of satisfying human needs cannot be overemphasized, especially in the general development of villages and towns. This study shows the effectiveness of GIS without the use of metrics method to determine the agricultural market locations and closeness of the markets in Ife North Local Government area. Different kinds of people bring their goods from far and near villages for sale and sustainability in this research, both primary and secondary data were collected. Primary data includes the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver to collect coordinate points of the existing markets. It also involves verbal interview with market women. While secondary data were sourced from administrative maps and satellite images of the area of study, it was geo-referenced and digitized. Arc Map was used to run average nearest neighbor analysis. Base on the analysis performed, the major constraint facing the market people is poor road network which affect majority of the farmers in transporting their goods from remote villages as indicated in this study. As a result, new markets sites were proposed with the use of geospatial techniques for easy accessibility.

The study assessed the impact of teaching in local languages on pupils and teachers of grades one (1) to four (4) (advantages, challenges, opportunities, etc) in selected primary schools of Kitwe District of Zambia. Recently, in response to poor educational outcomes and political pressure, a number of Sub-Saharan African countries including Zambia have taken measures to include local languages in their formal education sectors, a practice often referred to as mother tongue instruction (MTI). Theoretically, the effect of MTI is ambiguous and a number of studies argue that MTI is superior to second language instruction in facilitating effective classroom communication, thereby increasing access and quality of education.In view of the aforementioned, the objective of the study was to find out the impact of using local language as a medium of instructions to pupils of grades one (1) to four (4) in terms of advantages, challenges and opportunities. A survey design which used both quantitative and qualitative aspects of research was used in the study. Questionnaires and interview schedules were used to collect data. The sample included forty five (45) respondents from 20 Primary Schools of Kitwe Districts. Three categories of respondents were identified: (i) Twenty (20) Headmasters (School Managers) (ii) Twenty (20) Teachers and (iii) Five (5) Grade 4 and below pupils.The methods used included three sets of structured questionnaires and personal interviews. The data was analysed using statistical software called STATA. Data was checked for validity, reliability, identification outliners and normality. The findings of the study revealed that issuing instructions in local language is more beneficial as the pupils grasp things faster, pupils’ participations in classroom improves greatly however some pupils may face language barrier more especially to pupils who come from transfer from other regions and one issue that come out strongly was the lack of teaching and learning materials. This calls for the school administration and the ministry of education to stock the schools with the teaching and reading. The significant challenges were the lack of teaching materials in local language, language barrier to pupils and teachers who come on transfer from other regions while the main advantages were fast learning of the pupils, contribution and participation of pupils in class will be high, pupils continue with the language of play and that makes them acquire knowledge fast. The using of local language to issue instructions in class is a good development that will improve the performance of pupils in all areas of study.

Patient dissatisfaction about health services are strongly influenced by the perception of the patient against the quality of service providers so that the quality of service is still a problem that should be immediately addressed the management of public health center. This research used the correlation design using the crossectional approach and instruments/collection of data in the form of a questionnaire, the population of the whole outpatient treatment in the public health center pesantren I Kediri, large sample is the whole outpatient treatment Hall using simple random sampling. The independent variable in this study was patient satisfaction while the dependent variable is the quality of service the medical clinic. From the results of data analysis using Linear Regression statistical tests of 11 aspects of the obtained 2 aspect that is healing and the availability of the medicine with the result of the p: 0.007 that dominant aspects influencing patient satisfaction level towards the quality of service medical clinic (BP) General Public Health Center At Pesantren I Kediri is an aspect of healing and aspects of drug availability.

The relationship between CSR activities and employee motivation is still an area that is under- researched. Few studies have tried to compare the motivational value of the different types of CSR actions in the company especially in the manufacturing firms in Kenya. This study therefore investigated the effect of different types of corporate social responsibility activities on the motivation of employees in sugar production firms in western Kenya. The study employed a descriptive survey design to investigate this relationship. Stratified and random sampling techniques were used to obtain a sample of 306 respondents from the research population. A self administered questionnaire was used to collect primary data which was analyzed statistically with the help of the SPSS software 20. To determine the statistical associations between the different types of CSR activities and employee motivation, correlation was used. The results from the hypotheses testing indicated that there are significant positive correlations between all the types of CSR activities and employee motivation. These are customers-related, the local community-related, the business partners-related and employees-related CSR activities. On the whole, each type of CSR activities had its own strength and degree to which it could promote or influence employee motivation.

With the advancement of Information technology the concept of idea sharing has advanced. Mostly on presentations; personal computer and projector have become essentials. But on most occasions for connecting these equipment cables and physical devices are used. This is inefficient and time consuming. If a problem occurs, someone with technical knowledge is necessary to solve the situation. The objective of this research is to use the wireless technology to reduce the manual configuration and build up a platform where one can easily share files, a visuals, media and feedback. A system has been developed to detect all the devices over a network and upon granted permission, will share video, audio, and access controls. Final outcome of the research was a collaborative software bundle which work together on a network. One part of the system is a Desktop Network Software. And other is a Mobile Application. Desktop application can detect all other devices in the network which provides the same facility and if required can allocate a group and share it’s screen, files and have a message stream to each device using multicasting. Mobile application can act as a mobile remote to the host computer of the group which can detect any input from user and pass it to the system.

Four vegetable based oils were used as trial lubricants in the extrusion of aluminium billet through four different die geometries. The oils used were Castor oil, Neem oil, Jatropha oil and Cotton oil respectively. Results obtained from this work as compared with other works done in the area shows that these oils were found to be suitable as lubricants in the extrusion of aluminium because of the good surface finish that was achieved. Extrusion dies with semi die angles of 300, 450 and 600 were constructed and case hardened and a hardness value of 612HV was obtained using the Vickers hardness testing machine, which is in accordance with the minimum standard of 600HV. Precise surface roughness measurements were made quantitatively with the profilometer for all the geometries of billet extruded, where round and triangular billets gave good surface finish for all the oils except for castor oil which gave the best surface finish. Based on previous experiments carried out on the extrusion of aluminium, surface cracking were major defects caused by the rise in temperature as the process proceeds. This research experiments indicated that the surface quality is good even though the temperature may be high during extrusion process

For the company that was the object of study, these coincidences provided rise to deep fluctuations in its environmental management, terminating in investments of about US$ 2. 61 billion in environment, healthiness and safety, from 2011 to 2015. Ascorbic acid is an antioxidant in plants which play important role in activation of many physiological and defense mechanisms. The level of ascorbic acid in plants is determinant of its tolerance against the adverse effect of oxidizing pollutants. The present study tries to relate the variation in ascorbic acid content with the tolerance and sensitivity of two selected plant species viz. Azadirachtaindica and Pongamiapinnata by calculating their Air Pollution Tolerance Index (APTI) during winter season from November to March in the urban city, Delhi, of North India. Moreover, ascorbic acid is also an important part of chloroplast; it protects different components of photosynthetic system from oxidative stress. Thus, to understand the role of ascorbic acid in imparting tolerance to plants against oxidizing pollutants the changes in chlorophyll content of the selected plant species with variation in ambient ozone concentration was analysed. It was found that as per APTI values Azadirachta sp. came under tolerant range with highest ascorbic acid content, whereas, Pongamia sp. was under intermediate range with less ascorbic acid content. It was statistically established, that ozone has no significant relation with chlorophyll content of Azadirachta sp. which has the highest ascorbic acid content. Whereas ambient ozone concentrations showed significant negative relation with the chlorophyll content of Pongamia sp. (p< 0.05). Thus, it was observed that the plants with high ascorbic acid content are tolerant and have greater ability to remediate pollutants.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, Compensation and Employee Performance Against Working Ethos In Makassar Mariso District Office. The population in this study is Mariso District Office employee In Makassar with a sample size of 70 people. Methods of data collection in this study is a questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods, namely the multiple linear regression analysis were used to measure the Effect of Work environment, Working Ethos Against Compensation and Employee Performance In Makassar Mariso District Office. Based on the F test of independent variables (Work Environment, Compensation and Working Ethos) jointly have the positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) was obtained that the degree of correlation or relationship between Work Environment, Working Ethos Against Compensation and employee performance is a high correlation is 77.0%. And work ethic is the most dominant factor affecting Employee Performance In Makassar Mariso District Office.

This study aims to identify and analyze the level of influence the function of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance in academic areas at the University of Gorontalo Ichsan either simultaneously or partially. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sample that is making the subject based on their specific purpose and techniques of data collection through questionnaire, observation, interview. The results showed that the leadership function variable (X1) significantly influence employee performance dependent variable (Y) to the direction of a positive coefficient of 0.298. The value of each additional 1% meaningful leadership function, the performance of employees increased by 0.298 or 29.80%. Variable organizational culture (X2) significantly influence employee performance dependent variable (Y) to the direction of a positive coefficient of 0.530. The value of each additional 1% means the culture of the organization, the performance of employees increased by 0.530 or 53.00%. testing the R2 value of 0.586 (58.60%) indicated that the contribution of independent variables consisting of a leadership function and organizational culture on employee performance.

As the number of hypertext documents are increasing continuously day by day on world wide web. Therefore, clustering methods will be required to bind documents into the clusters (repositories) according to the similarity lying between the documents. Various clustering methods exist such as: Hierarchical Based, K-means, Fuzzy Logic Based, Centroid Based etc. These keyword based clustering methods takes much more amount of time for creating containers and putting documents in their respective containers. These traditional methods use File Handling techniques of different programming languages for creating repositories and transferring web documents into these containers. In contrast, openstack4j SDK is a new technique for creating containers and shifting web documents into these containers according to the similarity in much more less amount of time as compared to the traditional methods. Another benefit of this technique is that this SDK understands and reads all types of files such as jpg, html, pdf, doc etc. This paper compares the time required for clustering of documents by using openstack4j and by traditional methods and suggests various search engines to adopt this technique for clustering so that they give result to the user querries in less amount of time.

The study assessed the Performance of the grade 12 students in Kitwe district of Zambia with respect to O-Level examinations in Mathematics and Science subjects in selected secondary schools of Kitwe District in the Copperbelt province of Zambia and its impact to the school of Engineering. Currently most of the colleges that offer engineering programs require that the applicant should have a minimum of credit grade in mathematics and science subjects while Universities such as Copperbelt University (CBU) has been enrolling applicants in the school of engineering with points from 6 to 8 which shows that the applicants should have very good grades (distinction) in mathematics and science subjects at O-Level examinations. In view of the aforementioned, the objective of the study was to investigate the failure rate in mathematics and science subjects at grade 12 O-Level examinations and its impact to the school of Engineering. A survey design which used both quantitative and qualitative aspects of research was used in the study. Questionnaires and interview schedules were used to collect data. The sample included One hundred and one (101) respondents from 9 Secondary Schools of Kitwe Districts. Three categories of respondents were identified: (i) Sixteen (16) Heads of Departments; (ii) Twenty five (25) Teachers of Mathematics and Science and (iii) Sixty (60) Grade 12 pupils. The methods used included three sets of structured questionnaires and personal interviews. The data was analysed using statistical software called STATA. Data was checked for validity, reliability, identification outliners and normality. The findings of the study revealed that there was a high failure rate in mathematics than in science hence it negatively affected the admissions to the school of engineering. Study also demonstrated that mathematics and science skills and theories should actually be taught with due attention that they deserve for the school of engineering to adequately tap talent from the grade 12 school leavers perhaps this could be the reason why the school of engineering has not grown in Zambia. This calls for the teachers and the pupils to change their negative attitudes towards mathematics and start looking at it as an important learning area that ought to be learnt with pleasure. The significant factors leading to poor performance included high teacher to pupil ratio due to overcrowded classes, negative attitude by pupils towards mathematics, lack of laboratory apparatus and chemicals, lack of laboratory space and lack of teaching and learning materials. The also study reviewed that the performance of mathematics as the major subject to the school of engineering was very poor and hence negatively impacted to the school of engineering as a student who fails mathematics at grade 12 O-Level examination cannot gain entry to school of engineering. This calls for the teachers of mathematics, school administrators, parents and all the stakeholders to get involved in the education of mathematics to pupils at secondary level of education.

The development of the national economy shows the direction that increasingly integrated with the regional and international economy that can support both a negative and positive impacts. The type of this research is normative for making criminal legislation as an object of study, while the approach used tends juridical as a point of reference the theories of law and the rules of law in view of the problem. The outcomes of the research indicate that the efforts should be made to address the misuse of credit cards in the enforcement of the Indonesians’ criminal law is to formulate the rules of criminal law with a comprehensive pattern of expansion of legal subjects the offender is to enter the legal entity (recht persoon) as the parties may be subject to liability and formulate formulation of criminal in order to reach the entire modus operandi is being or may develop in the future. Besides the expansion of sanctions should be accompanied by sanction renewal that oriented to the cumulative punishment is retaliation, deterrence, and development.

In the present study, we evaluated the effects of osmotic conditioning (priming) on seed germination and emergence rate index (ERI) of Panicum coloratum cv Klein Green, under optimal germination conditions (watered with distilled water) and salt stress (irrigated with different water potentials of NaCl solution). The seeds were primed in 3 osmotic solutions (NaCl, KCl, and K2SO4) during 2 days at 15°C. After the treatments the seed was germinated in 3 levels of salinity/osmotic potential media (12 μscm-1/-0,5 MPa; 30 μscm-1/-1,0 MPa; 43 μscm-1/-1,5 MPa). Salt stress conditions generate a depressive effect on the speed and germination percentage of Panicum coloratum seeds. Priming treatments increase significantly the germination percentage and ERI in prime seeds compared to untreated in non saline condition. At 12 μscm-1/-0,5 MPa salinity levels, the primed seeds showed higher significantly germination velocity (ERI) compared with non primed seeds.

So in alternate to this product we developed whole newly designed product and this is Reliable, Ecofriendly, Compact vehicle for campus. It’s utilities are college campus, Airports, Industries, Recreational Parks, Sanctuaries, Museums, Palaces, Villas etc. So Our research is on design and development of three-wheel campus vehicle and also its multipurpose utility among the society.

Music and action integration had been used in a lot of pedagogical studies in the field of science education. This study sought to situatedemographic factors such as sex and educational background to use it as a tool in teaching mitosis. Using experimental- correlational design, the level of significance was identified using t-test for the performance based on the pre and posttests. Results showed that music-action integration was an effective tool in teaching mitosis compared to the traditional lecture discussion. Factors such as sex and educational background did not affect students’ performance.

A humble technique is suggested to spot turbines and pick their rule output, appraise charges and revenues and offer useful indications for Micro Hydro Power (MHP) plant project in current irrigation systems.This technique, based on simple models and demanding a reduced number of input factors cool to survey in primary project stages, has been used and confirmed in an existing irrigation system located in Calabria (Italy).The consequences have emphasized that in the case study the lowest profitable turbine would yield5 KW. A lower number of plants (with higher output) would create no particular monetary savings compared to a greater number of smaller turbines. Besides, neither was the choice of increasing pipe diameter found to provide savings. In general, a considerable potential from MHP operation has been revealed in current irrigation systems, providing a return on investment higher than that provided by the Italian monetary market.Lastly, MHP usefulness noticeably rises with total annual process time, being on average 55%higher in a wet year (eight months of electrical production/four month of irrigation) as opposed to a dry year (six months of electrical production/six months of irrigation).

A network model of trophic interactions in the Cameroon estuary mangrove was developed with the objective to coherently quantify state variables as well as matter and energy flows between system components. A mass balance model was constructed using a dataset collected in the field in 2010 to 2015, supplemented from the literature. A model of 26 compartments (groups) was analysed and parameters pertaining to ecosystem health in terms of productivity, structure and resilience derived. To predict the effects of disturbances (anthropogenic or natural) biomass removal simulations were evaluated using Ecosim routines. The results indicate that Cameroon mangrove estuary is relatively mature system. Ninty eight percent of the total throughput is confined to the 1st and 2nd trophic level with the overall system strongly depending on the consumption of detritus. The distribution of energy and the poor structure of the flows suggest that the network is able to reflect prominent features of the ecosystem .Simulation of mangrove biomass indicates that 40% reduction will reduce crabs biomass (population) considerably within 5 years. Mixed trophic impacts showed that detritus and low trophic levels had a positive influence on most groups.

Research on the analysis of the factors that influence the demand for red chilli (Capsicum annuum L) in Solok and compliance efforts implemented in March s.d April 2016. The purpose of this study consisted of; 1) analyze the factors affecting the demand for red chili in Solok 2) analyze the elasticity of demand for red chili in Solok 3) know the effort that can be done to meet the demand of red chilli in Solok. To achieve the objectives of the first and second use secondary data for 15 (fifteen) years and to achieve the objectives, the third used primary data. The method used is descriptive analytical method, a method that is used to describe phenomena that exist, which takes place in the present or past. The variables were observed in this study is the X1 (price of red chilli), X2 (the price of green chili), X3 (onion prices), X4 (population), X5 (income) and Y (the number of requests red chili) which is then analyzed by multiple linear regression, elasticity of demand and SWOT. The results of that research addressing the factors that influence the demand for red chili in Solok is the price of red chilli itself, the price of green chili as a substitute goods, the number of population and income, while onion prices affect the amount of red chili demand in Solok. But simultaneously variable X1 (red chili prices), X2 (the price of green chili), X3 (onion prices), X4 (population) and X5 (income) strongly influence demand red chili in Solok, where the F test results show that F count> F table (212.262> 3,600) with a significance level (0.000 <0.010) and the most influential variable is the variable X4 (population) with the greatest value of beta Coefficients is 1,100. Based on analysis of the elasticity of demand is known that red chili pepper is a normal good is inelastic to price elasticity coefficient value (ɛp) of -0.120. Green chili is substituting goods and shallots are complements of red chili with cross elasticity coefficient ɛpx1 and ɛpx2 respectively by 0,293 and -0.635. While the income elasticity coefficient (ɛI) produced 0,001 shows that red chili are normal goods are inelastic. In the SWOT analysis performed strategic analysis of the factors that affect the internal and external demand amount of red pepper in Solok. SWOT analysis shows that the most strategic efforts that can be done to meet the demand of red pepper in Solok can be seen from SO strategy (Strengths and opportunies) created. The adsorption of a series of ethoxylated nonionic and anionic ‎surfactant molecules at aqueous / air interface at different temperature ‎ranges [298, 308, 318, 328 and 338K] was studied. Different surface ‎parameters were evaluated from surface tension measurements at ‎different temperatures. The effectiveness of adsorption, Гmax, for all ‎nonionic and anionic surfactants was discussed with respect to their ‎hydrophilic and hydrophobic characters. Ethoxylated stearate had the ‎lowest effectiveness of adsorption at 298K comparing to other ‎nonioics. Minimum surface area per molecule, Amin, was calculated ‎which provides information on the degree of packing and orientation ‎of the adsorbed surfactant molecules. Amin decreased through ‎increasing the hydrophobicity. Also, the effectiveness of surface ‎tension reduction, πcmc was discussed concerning on surfactant ‎structures. The dependence of surface parameters (Гmax and Amin) on ‎temperatures was explained in details. For the most investigated ‎nonionic and anionic surfactants πcmc were slightly affected by ‎temperature.‎

Background: Multiple myeloma is one of hematological malignancies, specifically lymphoproliferative disorders that characterized by normal plasma cell transformed to neoplastic plasma cell, The pad consequences follow the malignant transformation by proliferation of the neoplastic plasma cell, Previous studies describe the EBV interfering or modulating with cellular DNA repairing mechanisms and could lead to genetic changing and manipulation in the infected cells, The goal of this study was to establishing molecular based detection of the EBV in the Sudanese multiple myeloma patients by using polymerase chain reaction as one of nucleic acid amplification technology in the Khartoum-Sudan. Materials and Methods: Retrospective hospital based study was designated for molecular based detection of Epstein Barr Virus [EBV] and association with multiple myeloma Sudanese patients in the Khartoum state, in the three years from January 2014 to March 2016, in the three centers, were study 43 study population cases clinically new diagnosed for both genders with age of 40 to 75 years, the file archived specimens includes dried bone marrow aspirate and trephine block were processed to perform DAN extraction and proceeding PCR detection of BLLF1 gene. Results: population study was composed of 37 of multiple myeloma cases in group I as study group, group II with 3 lymphoma cases and group III with 3 acute myelocytic leukemia patients, these patients with confirmed diagnosis with WHO criteria of each of multiple myeloma, lymphoma and acute myelocytic leukemia consecutively. Qualitative PCR for detection of EBV genome by targeting BLLF1gene, the 37 multiple myeloma cases were show negative results P = 0.10, three cases of acute myelocytic leukemia were show negative results P = 0.21 and three cases of lymphoma were show positive result for EBV genome, BLLF1 gene P = 0.001. Conclusion: our study results were show there is no association between EBV and multiple myeloma in the two distinct bone marrow specimens. Recommendation: our study was recommended to do further study with based of RNA an expression gene analysis to give really knowledge for the association with disease transformation.
