Poltava celebrated the Day of vyshyvanka

Students of PoltNTU joined to the celebration of the Day of vyshyvanka, which was celebrated in Poltava.

Day of vyshyvanka is All-Ukraine holiday for a while. The date of carrying is the third Thursday of May. In this day every Ukrainian wears vyshywanka and go like this to school, university or nursery.

Students of PoltNTU decided to join to traditions.

- I think that we need such events. It can increase the patriot spirit and highlight an importance of love to your region. When I heard about this event, then immediately decided to take part in it. I appeal everyone to cherish our country and be as real patriots, - mentioned Roman Mishchenko.

 Participants communicated with each other about nowadays popular topics, then they listened about the history of ethno clothes as vyshyvanka. At the end, everyone took their hands around the Monument of glory.
