At checkout you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method. The shipping method drop down will show the options available to you based on the weight of the items in your cart and the country you are shipping to.

All transactions are charged in GBP (£). However we also display prices in Euros and US Dollars for the convenience of our EU and International Customers; Your basket displays an estimated cost in your selected currency for illustrative purposes only. The actual price you will pay in your own currency will depend upon the exchange rate determined by your card account provider at the time of the purchase. Read more about our currency terms.


FREE Shipping

Free shipping options are available to limited customers and includes free shipping service subject to minimum order value. Free shipping does not include courier service or parcel tracking.


UK - Free mail shipping is available on UK orders over £20
EUROPE - Free mail shipping is available on European orders over €25
USA - Free mail shipping is available on USA orders over $33

    UK mainland delivery by post is free of charge on orders over £20. Orders under £20 will be charged on a by weight basis.

    The maximum weight by mail is 2 Kgs

    Average delivery time is 5-7 working days for UK Mainland orders. 

    For UK non-Mainland orders, please allow up to 20 working days to receive your order.

    Digital Download purchases do not contribute towards free delivery qualification.UK

    A UK courier option is also available. Cost is based on weight of order and delivery is normally made on the next working day.*

    Courier orders are tracked. A tracking number will be embedded in our order confirmation to you.

    *Please Note: Courier/Next Day Delivery will be received & processed on working days. For orders made on Friday evenings (After 4pm GMT) and weekends, please expect an added 1-2 days wait on top of standard delivery times.


    UK Delivery Terms and Conditions

    • Delivery cannot be made to a P.O. Box address via courier.
    • Delivery will be made to the address specified on the original order. Any subsequent change of delivery address will incur additional charges.
    • Where local duties and taxes apply, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    • Delivery of customer orders is subject to the policies of Letraset’s elected shipping agent.

    Non-UK Delivery Terms and Conditions

    • No delivery will be made to a PO Box address.

    • Delivery of customer orders is subject to the policies of Letraset's elected shipping agent.
    • In the event that a customer cannot take delivery, it will be the customer's responsibility to retrieve the product(s) according to the policies of the shipping agent.
    • Where local duties and taxes apply, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    EU, USA and Rest of World Shipping Options and Delivery Times

    Letraset offers mail, and courier options Additionally for Europe only Letraset offers a road delivery option.

    Available options and cost of shipment are based on the weight of items in your cart and your country of destination. These will be displayed in the shipping method drop down at checkout. Please note that each international mail shipment that is heavier than 2 kgs is upgraded to ship via DHL.In some countries, this means you may be required to pay additional duties depending on your country's policy.

    Please allow 14-19 working days for postal deliveries.

    Courier deliveries can take between 3-5 working days depending on your location.*

    Please allow 20 days for shipment by road.

    Product Availability

    We aim to maintain availability of all products shown on the website, but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. Letraset cannot be held responsible for damages incurred by the customer due to insufficient inventory. Returns Policy (in addition to your statutory rights)

    Letraset accepts product returns, without penalty, within 14 days of delivery. The product(s) returned must be accompanied by the original invoice and an authorisation number (obtained by e-mailing enquiries@letraset.com or telephoning +44 (0)844 249 8098 (calls charged at international rate) ).

    The customer shall be responsible for risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s).

    For returned products, refunds will be made promptly to the customer’s credit or debit card. Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition (not applicable to defective items).

    Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

    To return an item:

    • Included with your item(s) is an invoice ticket. Include this along with you authorisation number (obtained by e-mailing enquiries@letraset.com or telephoning +44 (0)844 249 8098 (calls charged at international rate)) with your items to return.
    • Package the item(s) securely and don’t forget to include the original invoice.
    • If you have misplaced your invoice ticket, please call Customer Services on +44 (0)844 249 8098 (calls charged at international rate) for assistance.
    The small print:
    • Downloads cannot be returned. All digital download sales are final and non refundable.
    • Products must be returned with the original packaging intact.
    • We regret that Letraset cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
    • If an item has been returned and you are requesting a refund you will be refunded the cost of the goods and original delivery charges, but not the return postal charges.
    • Your statutory rights are not affected.
    • Items bought at a high street store cannot be returned to the Letraset online store. Please contact the original point of purchase for returns.
    • Any LetraReward points earned for the purchase of an item returned for a refund will be deducted from your account, including any promotional extra points earned.
    • Transactions made at www.letraset.com using LetraReward points do not qualify, and will not earn additional promotional points.
    • No delivery will be made to a PO Box address when a courier shipping option is selected.
    • All payments must be fully completed prior to delivery.

    Cancellations and Amendments

    If you wish to cancel any outstanding order, please email enquiries@letraset.com (stating your order number).

    Please note that we are unable to add, remove or exchange items once your order has been processed.
