There's no lengthy form to fill in, just register with our store and immediately start to receive Points for the items your purchase. Once you have registered you can view your Points in the "my account" menu located in the top right-hand corner on every page. To review the number of Points you have collected, click on the 'Redeem Points' link within the menu. To redeem your Points, simply enter the number of Points you wish to redeem and click the 'continue' button. You will automatically be sent a Gift Certificate which can be entered at the checkout stage of your purchase. Q&A 1. How do I claim my Reward Points? We've made redeeming Points as easy as possible. Points can be viewed and claimed in your account area. Click on the 'redeem Points' link in the 'my account' menu. Then simply enter the number of Reward Points you wish to redeem and click the 'continue' button. Yes, the portion used is deducted from the remaining amount left on the certificate. You can then use the remaining amount for a purchase at a later time. 3. Will my Gift Certificate expire? Gift Certificates are valid for 365 days. 4. What happens if the Gift Certificate is less than the amount ordered? You will be required to pay the difference between the amount purchased and the value of the Gift Certificate using your regular payment method. 5. Will I lose my Points if I don't use them? There are no time limits on your Points, you can claim your Points at your leisure or collect them up over several purchases to claim against a larger item. 6. Is there a maximum number of Reward Points that can be redeemed at one time? The maximum number of Points that can be redeemed at one time is 3000 (or £30) 7. Is there a minimum number of Reward Points that can be redeemed at one time? The minimum number of Points that can be redeemed at one time is 100 (or £1) 8. How will I know if my claim has been activated? You will automatically be sent a Gift Certificate to the email address you registered on the Letraset website. 9. How can I earn Reward Points? 1 Point is earned for every £1 you spend online at Letraset.com. Points are calculated automatically and your account is updated accordingly when your transaction is complete. There are many great ways to earn Reward Points with Letraset: 10. How soon are Points credited to My Account? When you earn Points for making a purchase, the Points usually post within 24 hours. Points earned for other contributions may take up to 10 days. 11. What do I do if my Point total is missing or incorrect for a transaction? First, please allow up to 10 days for Points to appear in your account. If your Points have not appeared after 10 days please contact us via the online contact form. 12. When I make a purchase through Letraset.com, will I earn Points for tax, shipping and handling? Points are only awarded for the subtotal of your purchase - excluding sales tax, shipping and handling. 13. What if I move home or change my email address? Will I carry my Points with me? Yes, updating your personal information will not effect your Points. 14. Are Points transferable to someone else? Points cannot be transferred from one account to another. You can purchase a Gift Certificate for someone else using your Points, however, the recipient will not be able to redeem Reward Points from the purchases they make using a Reward Point acquired Gift Certificate. 15. Can I combine Points with someone else? Points cannot be combined with another account. 16. How Do I register For Reward Points? There is no need to register if you are already a Letraset customer. If you are new to the Letraset store registration is easy! To start, click on the 'login' link on the top right-hand corner of the Letraset website and sign up as a Letraset customer. You will automatically start collecting Points from your first purchase. 17. How will I know if I have completed the registration process?
