Money Back Guarantee starts automatically from the date of purchase, when we deliver you your license key. You are entitled to request your money back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Details on return policy are introduced below.

We believe that most of moneybacks can be avoided. Please use our support channel and you will get professional assistance in any technical issue you may have faced with while using our software. If you are not happy with our software products for any reason, you are always welcome to send us your feedback and suggestions on how to improve the software we offer. Return policy

We have a no-question-asked policy. A request for refund must be send to sales@microinvention.com within 30 days from date of purchase and must contain a statement in writing that you have removed the software from all of your computers. Please include also your license key, name and email you have used when you purchased the software.

Credit Card

For security reasons the credit card you used to purchase any of MicroInvention Products must be valid when you request a refund. We cannot refund to a credit card that has expired or been cancelled.

3rd party fees

If purchase price was raised by any 3rd party fees you were aware about (eg. bank wire transfer fees), we cannot refund you these additional fees we never received.

Affiliates and Resellers

If you have purchased our products from 3rd party affiliate or reseller, we cannot refund you such a payments. You have to claim your money back from that particular affiliate or reseller.
