Reputation Restriction v0.1

Description:
Do not allow to create threads if the user has below certain amount of reputation points per forum basis.

Features:
- After installation, Admin will receive another option in AdminCP > Forums and Posts > Adding/Editing forum.
- You can edit this option per forum basis.
- You can add 0 to disable restriction.
- You can restrict selective usergroups aswell. You may add 0 to effect ALL usergroups. To edit this setting, you've to edit the plugin file.

Open plugin file and find;

$groups = '1,2,5'; // Specify usergroups you want to restrict with this plugin. Separate each with a comma. Add 0 to effect ALL. 


Edit the numeric values between single quotes.

Installation:
Upload the .zip archive in your forum's root and Extract. Activate it in AdminCP > Plugins Manager > and adjust its Setting in AdminCP > Forums and Posts > Edit each forum.
