Specifically, our policy prohibits ASMC’s employees from soliciting or accepting gifts, gratuities, entertainment, or favours, of any kind unless otherwise permitted in certain circumstances by the policy. Our employees are also forbidden to take or give any form of bribes, commissions, kickbacks, or other illicit payment.
