About AEI's Political Corner
 
AEI's Political Corner is Karlyn Bowman, John C. Fortier, Norman J. Ornstein, and Michael Barone.
 
 
 

What is Political Corner? The name "Political Corner" is AEI shorthand for a group of scholars who study politics and public opinion. The group includes Michael Barone, the co-author of the of The Almanac of American Politics, Karlyn Bowman, the Institute's resident public opinion analyst, and Norman Ornstein, the country's leading analyst of Congress. All write regular columns and participate in AEI's popular Election Watch and Politics Watch programs as well as the Road to the State of the Union series.

Resident Scholar Norman J. Ornstein
studies politics, Congress, and elections. He was the director of the Transition to Governing Project and the founder of the Campaign Finance Reform Working Group.
