I have had the privilege of living and working in the Eastern Sierra since 1969. I began my career as an instructional aide for Mammoth Elementary back in 1972. Since then, I’ve worked as a teacher and administrator for districts and county offices of education.
     Education is the foundation of our children’s future. Children deserve an education that prepares them for their life’s ambitions. Leaders must look down the road and make sure students are prepared for the future.      As the Mono County Superintendent of Schools, I plan to work collaboratively with all stakeholders providing quality services, effective and efficient use of resources and innovative leadership that will bring success for all Mono County students.
