Large print version of complaints form (PDF, 410k)

Do you have a complaint against Lancashire County Council?

Lancashire County Council is a large organisation that affects the lives of every citizen in Lancashire. The information presented in this website explains what to do if you have a complaint about us.

We have a formal complaints procedure to deal with complaints. The aim of the procedure is to ensure each complaint is properly investigated and, wherever possible, resolved to the complainant's satisfaction.

To send us a complaint you can:

  • Make an Online Complaint by selecting the County Council Service or Directorate Concerned and clicking the 'Go' button:

  • Download the Complaints Form (22Kb, Acrobat PDF) and post it back to the appropriate directorate listed in the Telephone numbers section.

  • Alternatively you can Telephone the directorate concerned to make your complaint or to receive further information

A leaflet explaining the Complaints Procedure, including large print and an audio version can be obtained by phoning the Complaints Officer, Jane Ashby, on 01772 533416 or any of the numbers in the Telephone section.

A copy of the leaflet is also available in Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi and Bengali.
