What We Do
The Officer Division performs analysis and develops AMEDD officer personnel policy recommendations and strategic initiatives to assist The Surgeon General; Commander, AMEDD Center and School; and the AMEDD Corps Chiefs in support of their roles for the AMEDD IAW AR 600-3, AR 5-22 and the AMEDD Proponent Steering Committee.  The Officer Division serves as AMEDD officer personnel proponent integration activity for recommending personnel management policies to the DCSPER for AMEDD officer and warrant officer personnel using the eight personnel management life cycle management functions process.
