Active collaborations
In order to improve the quality of articles which are short or lacking in detail, Wikipedia's community take part in collaborations to expand articles.
Collaboration of the week
Help edit 19th century, Wikipedia's current collaboration of the week! Please help to bring it up to featured article standard.
The 19th century lasted from 1801 to 1900 in the Gregorian calendar (using the Common Era system of year numbering). Historians sometime use "Nineteenth Century" as a label for the era stretching from 1815 (The Congress of Vienna) to 1914 (The outbreak of the First World War).
You can still help with last week's article, Population (see improvements), or help pick next week's article.
Article Improvement Drive
Improve Ancient Rome, the present incumbent at the Article Improvement Drive. The Article Improvement Drive works on a non-stub article that needs a lot of help before reaching featured-article standard.
Ancient Rome was a civilization that existed in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East between 753 BC and its downfall in AD 476. For several centuries, the Romans controlled most of Western Europe, as well as the entire area surrounding the Mediterranean Sea and some of the area surrounding the Black Sea.
You can still help with last week's article, Dinosaur (improvements) , or help pick next week's article.
