As you complete our online order forms, you will see the drop down menu at the top of the page when entering your shipping and billing address information.

Please use this to select your preferred shipping option. The default selection is for UPS Ground (as shown below) on the top of the drop down menu box.

Important: International customers please select the proper shipping option before submitting your completed order form to us. We cannot ship to international locations if you select an incorrect carrier or shipping option such as UPS Ground. International and U.S. shipping options are explained below.

Customs, Import, Taxes & Brokerage Fees:

International shipments may often include additional charges such as import fees, taxes or brokerage fees assessed by customs or UPS. These are billed at the time the package is delivered, and not by us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any secondary fees associated with importing goods from the U.S. to their country. We can not guess, or advise as to the exact amounts of any additional fees that will be charged by your local government, customs, or UPS brokerage fees. Import fees, customs fees, and UPS brokerage fees vary from country to country, and also vary depending on the merchandise being imported.

Restrictions for Global Priority Mail

We can ship by Global Priority Mail to Canada, Australia, and the UK. This service may be available to other countries. Please contact us first.

Packages shipped by Global Priority Mail are limited to 4 pounds in weight. Orders for product totals in excess of $100.00 U.S. may be shipped via Air Mail with insurance.

Include an e-mail address so that we can contact you if necessary. Contact outside the U.S. will be made by email.

It is very important that you select an appropriate shipping option. Incorrect shipping selections will delay, or in some cases, cause your order to be canceled.

We will make every effort to contact you by email if there is a problem with your order. We will cancel the order if we cannot contact you.

How fast will my order ship..?

We ship most of all orders the same day they are placed. If an item is in stock, it may ship within hours from the time you place your order. This is why it's very important for you to verify your correct shipping address prior to submitting your order to us. We get most orders out of here FAST.......!

When will I receive my shipment..?

Shipments to U.S. destinations:

Items shipped to destinations within the United States, by UPS 3-Day Select are delivered within 3 (working days). UPS 2nd Day Air, 2 working days, and UPS Next Day Air, (if ordered before 3:30PM our time Mon-Thu), will be delivered the next day.

Note: If you live in an area that does not have UPS Next Day Air deliveries on Saturday, and you place the order with us on Friday, you will receive the items on the following Monday. Please check with your local UPS carrier for more information.

Note: We cannot guarantee "exact" delivery times. All delivery times here are based solely on UPS approximate delivery schedules. Also note that the day an order is placed does NOT count as one day of the delivery schedule. UPS picks up at the end of each business day. I.E. if you place an order on Monday, for 2nd day delivery, it will be delivered on Tuesday. That would be UPS "Next Day". An order placed on Monday, requesting 2nd Day delivery, would be delivered on Wednesday.

Please verify your shipping address prior to submitting your completed order form. Also, be aware that these are estimates only, and actual delivery times are totally dependent on your local carrier. The estimated delivery times above apply to the majority of orders shipped to U.S. destinations.

Shipments to International destinations:

Please remember that Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air do not have services to international locations. You must select UPS Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expedited or "Global" Priority.

Worldwide Express will normally be delivered within 2 days. Expedited takes an average of 3 to 4 days. Global Priority Mail may take between 1-2 weeks. Note that delivery times for all international options may well depend on your local postal service & physical location.
