How To Order

Online/Credit Card/Paypal: You may place your order online through our secure server directly from our web site. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Paypal (from a verified Paypal account). All credit card transactions are secure & encrypted to protect customer information.

bullet Mail-In Orders: Fill in our online order forms. Print the completed order form, and mail it to us at the address below. Please be sure to:
bulletInclude full payment [as indicated on the printed order form].
bulletRemember; payments by money order and cashiers checks will ship immediately on receipt.
bulletPayment by personal checks may take 1-2 weeks to clear, and will in all cases delay shipment of your order.
bulletInclude your e-mail address if you would like to be notified when your order ships or to receive UPS tracking information.

Return Policy

If you need to return a hardware product, contact us by email sales@rentron.com or phone (386) 760-1320. We will issue you an RMA number. Please clearly mark RMA xxxx on the outside of the package being returned. [xxxx represents the RMA number we will issue.]

Software products "delivered by download or physical shipment" are non-refundable.

You may return any "unused" hardware product for a refund of the purchase price. Note that returned items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Please note that if you have opened or used a hardware product you are returning, it will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Also please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Only the actual cost of the product.

Products must be in new condition (may be unpacked but not used, damaged or modified), packed safely in original or equivalent packaging, and shipped (not mailed) to:

We cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the mail - so please use UPS, Federal Express or another reliable carrier that offers package tracking services when returning any merchandise.

Warranty Repair & Replacement Policy

Reynolds Electronics warrants the products it sells against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. If you discover a defect, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Return the product with a description of the problem. We will return your product or its replacement via standard shipping.

Note: Abuse of any product by subjecting it to conditions outside specified limits, or attempting to repair or modify the product, voids this warranty.

Liability

Other than the repair/replacement policy [as outlined above], Reynolds Electronics gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall the liability of Reynolds Electronics exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall Reynolds Electronics be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Products sold by Reynolds Electronics are not authorized for use in critical medical, life-support, or life-saving devices or applications.
