Knockout Punch
This punch, which combines the floral flavors of Meyer lemons and rhubarb, may seem girlish, but it is deceptively stiff.
This recipe was featured as part of our The Return of Punch story.
- 2 1/2 cups Rhubarb Syrup
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 1/2 cups dark rum, such as Myers’s
- 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice (from about 7 medium lemons)
- Ice
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until mixture is well blended and chilled, about 40 times. Pour over fresh ice in a punch bowl and serve.

Do you happen to know where I could get the dispenser pictured above? It's really beautiful!

Narulamd,
I own the apothecary beverage dispenser that is pictured. It comes in two sizeds and is sold through the Touchstone catalog I believe- it's actually on the cover this month as a featured item. It was a requested Christmas gift from a relative whol thought I was nuts. But I ADORE it and use it all the time! The two gallon size is $90. HOpe this helps...

Wow, I can't imagine being able to use a punch bowl "all the time." I don't think I could stand that many parties.
