Authors Guidelines

Publication ethics and malpractice

It is necessary to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer and the publisher. Our ethic statements are based on COPE’s Best Practice.

Review process

Each paper is reviewed by the editor and, if it is judged suitable for this publication, it is then sent to at least two independent referees for peer review. Based on their recommendation, as well as consultation between relevant Editorial Board members the editor then decides whether the paper should be accepted as is, revised or rejected.

Sample Paper

Strategic mergers and acquisitions of Mexican emerging multinationals

José G. Vargas-Hernández

Volume 1, Number 1, 2012
