Skylanders Battlecast is a brand new game in the Skylanders franchise

Activision has announced a new Skylanders game called Battlecast, and it's a free-to-play mobile card game. I'm guessing they want to get in on that sweet Hearthstone money (which funnily enough, is part of the same wallet), as the mobile card market has been steadily increasing in the past few years or so.

The publisher promises both online PVP and a single-player campaign, and physical card packs will be sold at retail. It's crazy how much Skylanders has grown since its noble beginnings as a Spyro spinoff in 2011. It will drop later this year on iOS and Android.

MGS3: A game in desperate need of a tutorial, specially on vita. Im pretty far in the game, and I just learned how to interrogate/drag enemies. And that info can only be accessed via the main screen. One of my few complaints thus far, but an important one

Started playing Mario Golf: World Tour. Reminds me more of the first Mario Golf than Toadstool Tour (my favorite game in the series). Still, it's pretty good so far, albeit slightly easy. Maybe I'll try my hand at the online mode later.

Right, so plague of shadows on vita is superb, but I should warn that if Vita is your system of choice you may want to change your attack/charge jump ability to R trigger. Should make the game more enjoyable, and lead to better platforming toooooo.

10 hour days... possibly 6-7 days a week. Upside is I'll be able to get lots of new hardware and games and the downside could be no time to really enjoy it.
