Ukraine’s National security and defense council published intelligence data of actual steady flow of real convoys transferring manpower and heavy arms for separatists groups.

Ukraine’s intelligence data shows quantities of military vehicles that crossed Russia-Ukraine border, which is not controlled by Ukraine or either monitored by OSCE.

The biggest number of convoys cross the border illegally in the “Izvaryne” crossing (Luhansk region), also convoys leak through nearby Korolivka, via border segment Provallya – Korolivka, some of them were noticed in Dyakove and Yesaulivka settlements – all in Luhansk region. In Donetsk region there are several spots of illegal entry, they are situated on Mariupol direction, Maksimov and Veselo-Voznesenka settlements in RF, “Uspenska” crossing, Dmytrivka and Dibrivka settlements in Donetsk region.

None of mentioned above settlements or crossings are under Ukrainian or OSCE control and monitoring. The mandate of OSCE Observer Mission was limited only with two Russian checkpoints at the Russian-Ukrainian state border – Hukovo and Donetsk, and Moskov repeatedly blocks decision to monitor all border in ATO zone by OSCE
