My wife and I set out to 'check out' a Hyundai hatchback. Having owned an Elantra for several years and being quite satisfied with it we decided to see what Hyundai had to offer in the line of hatchbacks. During our test-drive of the Elantra Touring we decided that we didn't need to look at anything else. We were surprised when we drove off the lot that day with the new car. We have some history with this dealer and all of it has been good (although some may disagree). Our first Elantra was involved in a wreck caused by one of their employees. Now - accidents happen and their response was what will keep us coming back. We were given a loaner and after the insurance settled we were given a very good deal on a newer Elantra. This is what I would have expected. The guy who did our financing forgot to mention they offered a military discount. Things happen. When we brought it to his attention, the loan was completely redone using the rebate from the military discount. WELL DONE! All in all this dealer does a wonderful job and they treat the customer as a person - not as a source of income. Hightly recommended.
