The MG5 concept will get its official airing at the Shanghai Auto Show next week but SAIC have been terrible at hiding their new cars from the prying eyes of cellphone cameras, plus the fact that the empty octagonal logo impress in the cars front grill gives the fact away that an MG is out testing. The below pictures gave us the clearest indications as to what the as of yet to be released concept will look like when it takes to the big stage next week. The MG5 is based on the Roewe 350 platform which was codenamed AP11 (saloon) the MG5 is known as the AP12 (hatchback) but there are other models planned for this platform, notably an SUV (AP13) and also a wagon version (AP14), all of which will be released in the next two years both in China and in overseas markets.
