• Step 1: Carpet Pre-Inspection
We arrive on time, in uniform, are courteous and respectful of you and your home. We inspect your carpet with you and give you an evaluation of expected results as well as listen to any concerns or special needs you may have. We only perform the work you request and get your signed approval before any work is done to the highest standard. FREE Hight Intensity UV light inspection on every job.

• Step 2: Protect Your Baseboards, Wood and Tile flooring and Landscape
We respect and protect your home as if it were our Mothers. We use plastic baseboard corner and furniture leg guards along with cotton 3 X 4 wood and tile floor covers and other protective guards for lawns, flower beds and landscaping.

• Step 3: Furniture Moving/Replacement and Seal Entry Door
Sofas, chairs and small tables are carefully moved then replaced and protected with disposable blocks and clear plastic tabs.

And we place the Door Jam™ seal around the opening of the entry door where our water and vacuum hose enter your home. This helps keep small children and pets inside, and hot or cold air, insects, etc. outside while we work.

• Step 4: Pre-spot Spots and Stains
Difficult spots and stains are pre-treated to increase chances of complete removal.

• Step 5: Apply Pre-Conditioner
Our exclusive biodegradable pre-conditioning solution with added sanitization and deodorization treatment is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil, general spots, allergens, and contaminants.

• Step 6: Pre-groom Matted Carpet Pile
Your carpet is pre-groomed to raise matted or collapsed pile and to further loosen deeply embedded traffic area soil and stains.

• Step 7: Truck Mount Steam Extraction Deep Clean Rinse
Your carpet is thoroughly deep rinsed using our 240º degree Eco-Steam truck mount deep cleaning system that's equipped with a water conditioning and purification system that boost the deep cleaning and fiber rinse process to deliver the most incredible restorative deep cleaning results, even on the most heavily soiled and stained carpets (including the harmful residue the last cleaner left behind).

• Step 8: Post Cleaning Stain Removal Included
Once your carpet is thoroughly deep cleaned any potential permanent stains, as identified by the technician, will be treated again in an attempt to remove or lighten the stain without damaging the fibers at no additional cost (including red Kool-Aid, lipstick, makeup, gum, etc).

• Step 9: Apply Fiber Sanitizer/Deodorizer/Protector
Deep cleaning alone does not remove or kill all contaminants and bacteria. For this reason, we don't wait until we get to your home to hard up-sell the add-ons like our competitors. For the most thorough deep down clean, a total bacterial kill, odor elimination, enhanced vacuuming between cleanings, protection against permanent stains and longer carpet life. We apply eco-friendly un-scented, or fresh green scent sanitization deodorizer along with Encapuguard GREEN soil and stain carpet protector every cleaning depending on the level of service you choose. We offer three

• Step 10: Groom and Speed Dry Carpet Pile
Your carpet pile is groomed to raise and set the pile in one direction so that your carpet is left standing like new again. A high velocity air mover is placed on the damp carpet of one room immediately after the cleaning rinse to promote faster drying.

• Step 11: Educate and Demonstrate Carpet Care
We demonstrates how easy it is to safely and effectively remove dry spots or stains and fresh wet spills (even pet urine and vomit) using only water or water/vinegar followed by using CRI-SOA approved spotter or odor control product. That's it!

• Step 12: Post Cleaning Inspection
We walk through your home with you to point out the amazing cleaning results and make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job. We provide you with protective shoe covers for everyone in your home and a FREE bottle of CLEAN Choice professional green spot remover. A word about our Flat Rate per sq. ft. pricing: We only measure the actual size of the rooms or areas being cleaned, and standard closets are free. No room size limits or one room counts as two. Flat Rate pricing credits clients for carpet under furniture we do not or cannot move, and for empty rooms. No hidden charges or fuel surcharges. No additional per. sq. ft. charges to deep clean Berber carpets. Excessive soil (grey/black walk areas), pet urine odor and stain removal, odor control, and emergency water removal are additional cost.
