Project Directorate HR Solutions recently saved a U.S. Army major command over $4.6 million by issuing three task orders to support programs which are vital to Soldier and family member well-being.

Based on cost estimates for government service in-sourcing, the customer was prepared to pay over $11.4 million per year to support these three programs. Because of HR Solutions’ unique efficiencies, the actual cost to support the three programs was $6.8 million per year, representing a 40% annual cost savings.

Other customers have also realized a significant cost savings by using HR Solutions for their human resource services contracts; since HR Solutions moved to Fort Knox, Ky., in late 2010, customer task orders issued by HR Solutions for human resource services have realized an average annual cost savings of over 20%.
