Hockey Plus Policies



Custom Orders - For any custom order, the customer is responsible for full payment at the time of the order. All eta's will be communicated to the customer based on the information provided by the manufacture.

Price Matching - Hockey Plus believes in providing the best pricing in the business. If you see the same product on another web site for a lower price, please call or e-mail us. Hockey Plus has a no hassle policy for price matching. These are our rules for a price match: Competitor must have the exact product in stock (model, size & color) and they must be a USA based company. Items must conform to MAP pricing policies of the manufacture.


Returns & Exchanges

Hockey Plus does not believe in charging the customer extra fees for the sake of making an easy profit. Please contact customer service if you feel you need any extra help not within these guidelines.

  • Please contact Hockey Plus to receive a Return Authorization (RA #) number before retuning any items. No items will be returned without a proper RA #.
  • All Returns must be made within 120 days of the original order.
  • There are no restocking fees on any type of exchange at Goalies Plus.
  • For any return made to a customers credit card, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee is to cover Hockey Plus for the credit card processing fees incurred from the banks.
  • For any return in which the item had free shipping, the actual shipping amount will be deducted from the overall credit of the return.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges, from the customer to Hockey Plus and Hockey Plus back to the customer.
  • There are no returns on Jocks or Under Garments.
  • We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the return shipment. Please allow an additional 2 business days for the credit to appear on your credit statement.


Domestic Shipping

Hockey Plus does not believe in charging the customer extra fees in shipping for the sake of making a easy profit. Please contact customer service if you feel that your shipping fees were not within our guidelines:

  • There are no handling charges at Hockey Plus
  • Free Shipping - Some items that qualify for free shipping may be subject to oversize shipping charges.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for ground orders to ship from Hockey Plus.
  • Shipping days are defined by business days - Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not defined as business days by Fed Ex or UPS
  • Saturday deliveries are available from UPS and the United States Postal Service. Additional fees may result.
  • For expedited shipping, Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day - Orders placed by 12pm est. will ship that day, any order placed after 12pm est. will ship the following business day.
  • PO/FPO Orders: Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail
  • Duty, Taxes and Customs: Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Any refused shipments will be charged back to the customer.



International Shipping

Hockey Plus will do everything it can to make sure International Customers are given the best customer service allowed. Please contact customer service for any International purchasing or shipping questions.

Duty, Taxes and Customs: Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Any refused shipments will be charged back to the customer.
