Finally! Here is part two of this season's HAWP finale! Anthony wants to apologize for the delay, but you can't really rush something this awesome. Once again, the sprite work (and the editing, and the sound mixing) was done by Ian Wexler with some help by Sam E, and the music was done by Danny Baranowsky. You can download the soundtrack here.

It's been a while since part one, so here is a refresher: when we last left our heroes, they were stuck in a bit of a dilemma, as the game characters they've mocked over the season began to strike back. Now Ash must solve the Burches' problems, Guybrush-style. Kinda.

On behalf of Anthony and Ashly, I hope you've enjoyed season two of HAWP!

Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)

It was very well done. Can't wait for the playable version!
This... is Destructoid's Finest Hour. Awesome spritework on par with Shantae: Risky's Revenge... a soundtrack by Danny Baranowsky... who needs Guybrush Threepwood?
"Ladies call me Ryu cause I'm down-right-fierce".

Shakespeare can eat a dick.
I second the request for a playable version. The HAWP season finale is the best game I've never played.
AMAZING!
Great ending to Season 2.

The text was rolling pretty fast. Every time the text came on the screen I had to pause to read it. Wish it was a little slower.
THAT WAS SO GOOD! :D
I love HAWP. This episode was PRETTY SUPERB, guys! Also, big ups to Danny B. I got to chat with him during the DToid Super Meat Boy Charity for MS and he's a swell dude. His music is fantastic, as always!
Wow, I'm totally remembering that Ryu pick-up line.
I never tire of the slowly falling sunglasses thing.

Great end to a great season.
That brought back so many memories...and not just of HAWP.
Man...this looks just like Flight of the Amazon Queen...That was the best adventure game ever, man. Really brings me back. Oh, and it's free now! Hooray power of the internet!
Luv-ed it. Text was fast for my slow reading skills too...or was that part of the joke??
That was awesome, but i have a question: if the playable version is released will it have multiple endings? if you will it have the a yandere, oyaji or gay route?
*if so, will it

Cute. Text was a little bit faster than the adventure games I remember, but this was cuter, so...it's a draw. Also, I just watched Firefly for the first time last week and now the comparison jokes make much more sense. Congratulations on a great second season, gang.
DEAL WITH IT.

GOG.com has been my go-to site for adventure gaming for quite some time. It used to just be for the classics I remember from my misspent youth; whiled away with pointing and, indeed, clicking. Now, more and more modern titles...   more
