This Podtoid animation is the new best thing ever
Podtoid listener Thomas Truong (Cutie Honey on the CBlogs) made this frankly fantastic animation, taking my description of E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy and turning it into a wonderful cartoon. Jonathan Holmes, Max Scoville, Tara Long and a whole feast of in-jokes star! If you like Podtoid or E.Y.E, then this is essential viewing. Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)I have to say, that segment on Podtoid got me to buy the game on this last steam sale. I haven't played it yet, what with Skyrim, ToR, and such, but I will. Brilliant.
@Conan-san: Jonathan Holmes was cast on Road Rules once upon an eternity ago. My attempts to find a torrent for it (season 5, apparently) have been futile so far. Ah right. Well, if that's the only thing I didn't get then I think I'm doing fairly well for myself. I haven't laughed that hard in quite a while. Brilliant. I fell off of my couch.
Please hire this dude to do more. I imagined the Final Fantasy V battle music when I saw the teaser image and then when it gets there... Final Fantasy V battle music. This made my day.

SEVEN TITLES OLD! 5.0 Brilliant. Also nice use of inception music for the hacking to unhack the hack that hacked him while he was trying to hack the thing that hacked him. Phew. Every single Podtoid needs to be like this. It's exactly how I imagined a Podtoid would be if you were hanging together instead of through Skype. Fucking incredible. It took me about 6 minutes to watch a 3 minute video because I had to keep pausing it because I was laughing so hard. More of these please Mr. Animator Guy, that would be really nice. In fact, a I wouldn't mind seeing a whole Podtoid like this, although I guess that's too much to ask for. Pictures do paint a 1000 words. EYE just takes a shit on everything. Then ruins your head. Oddest game I own. :) I ju....wha....THAT WAS FUCKING AMAZING! I love animated videos that literally show what the speaker is saying. Destructoid, hire this man.
