Podtoid 204: Pleasured Jellyfish Flavor photo

On an almighty pre-E3 Podtoid speculator, Jonathan Holmes starts to ponder the damaging effect that the podcast has had on his life, while Jim Sterling plans to make him have sex with everything in the ocean. Meanwhile, Hamza Aziz is promised a tube of Pringles a night and there's a brand new segment in which true legal dilemmas are solved once and for all.

Meanwhile, we chat about what we hope to see at E3, we discuss some rubbish about Japanese games, we chat about Platinum Games and we also get hyped for Among the Sleep. All this ... and Fatty Patty ... on your favorite podcast of all time!

As ever, you can subscribe to us on iTunes and RSSbuy our Android App or download directly!

(Our hosts keep giving us errors this week, so please just keep trying if you have problems getting the show.)

Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)

Just wanted to stop by and tell Holmes that the last Sup Holmes was really great. I'm really glad Jim had the time to help you with it.
My lovely Pippin browser can't download these files, I demand a change. Think about us Pippin users once in a while!
I keep forgetting it's you under that avatar, Jim.
I was back here eatin a meat pie and all of a sudden some guy starts freaking out about nothin'!!
Best podtoid ever just for the first three minutes alone. Then after that Holmes does something to his mic that makes him sound like an echoy white boy instead of the usual post-Cosby black sitcom dad :(
I was feeling kind of bad for Holmes, but then he woke the dragon by running down Joss Whedon's joke-writing and now I'm glad everyone just thinks about his butthole.
The itunes thingy ain't working Kim. Why isn't the itunes thing working, jim? If I don't get my podtoid I suffer from extreme gas.
O! I CAWNT DOAWNLAWD TZA POAWDTOIDSZ!! STAWPS AT 6KB EVERYTIAWM!!
The first time I tried to download from iTunes it didn't work, but then I just tried a second time and it worked. Thank GOD... for Jimathanza Stolmesaziz.
was i the only one that had massive wood during this?

Also for all you that cant seem to get it to work, have you tried listening to it from here? http://destructoid.libsyn.com/rss It also goes up earlier there
It took about eight tries, but the episode eventually downloaded from libsyn.
Only took 10 tries to download but it feels so good
I still cannot download. I will wait to get home a d start up iTunes and then sync it.

Why does podtoid hate me so?
Have there not been question threads recently, or do I just keep missing when they're posted?
I love the idea of Voldemort being a corporate shill for Microsoft.
The usual awesome sexual tone of the show is shifting slightly. I wish Jonathan Holmes would start enjoying the harassment again. I'm starting to feel a little bad for him. I've got a solution. Jim Sterling, keep doing what you're doing and Jonathan Holmes, stop whining and relish in the appreciation of your anus.
I can remember a time when Jon looked like this:

Now all I see when I close my eyes is this:

And it's all thanks to Jim and Hamza! Great show as always guys, can't wait to hear the live show. Unless it ends up being just a bunch of grunting and groaning....

P.S. I didn't have any trouble listening through the RSS at around noon.
Whoops, here's the missing img tag:

So much videogame talk, ridiculous! The sex dolls were the best part as usual. I thought Jim was going to dress up as sea animals and fuck Holmes when Jim was talking about fucking the sea. Hamsizzle was quiet as a mouse, might as well have been wanking it the whole time.
@ Sepheim- When did I ever seem to "enjoy" the harassment? I'm pretty sure that never, ever happened. Ever.

@ sadmachine- Can't we just agree to disagree about the horror that is the Joss Whedon joke factory?
@JH

It is not that you enjoyed it, but this was the first episode that it sounded like you were actually angry with the situation. My take, though.
@Holmes: I disagree with you on pretty much everything and I still think you're swell. I just wanted to crack wise about your butthole.
@Jonathan Holmes - You love it you saucy man.
Ever consider doing a 4hour Podtoid?
I would so want Harry Potter Kinect if they had Jim Sterling as Voldemort voicing all of the in-game directions.
Funny Podtoid as ever. Holmes, you trying to be Max was hilarious.
Don't expect anyone to care, but I finally unsubscribed from the podtoid feed after this episode. Without Max adding his charm to the shenanigans, the whole vibe of the podcast has gone off in a monotonous and mean direction I can't really get behind. It's ironic mean, but when entire episodes are dedicated to the gag week after week with no break, it becomes dull and off-putting. Adding Hamza was a step in the right direction, so maybe I'll be back eventually.
I can't believe Holmes doesnt think Joss Whedon is funny! The man is a genius! Ah well I still Love you Holmes. :)
URRRGH! I need my post-E3 podtoid.
