On this week's barnstormer of a Podtoid, Jim Sterling plans Jonathan Holmes' funeral, there's sexual harassment in a hibachi restaurant, indie game developers are accused of hoarding racist propaganda, and Willem Dafoe Movie Pitches make their sparkling return!

We also discuss Nintendo's decision to refuse The Binding of Isaac, Capcom's latest mess, and try to help a jaded horror fan find a scary game. All this and loads more await you!

Best Episode Ever.
But are there any spoilers for his funeral in it!?
haha this I'm only 1:30 in and this episode is already amazing.
I'll just leave this here:

Fantastic episode. Someone please animate/gmod Jim and Jonathan's Funeral Adventure.

@Sir Tobii
That is brilliant.
Amazing episode. The Dual Commentary is superb so far but do you have any solid ideas for a third member or maybe some guests?
@Fate
They talked about that on the show.
Very ironic that I paused it right before that part. Carry on then!
The third co-host is Danny DeVito. He doesn't talk much because he's usually joikin' off in a corner.
Can't wait to listen to the glorious return of Willem Dafoe. Hopefully Danny Devito is accompanying him.
As a creationist, I find your show insulting.
As a person, I find your show hilarious.
Keep it up!
I've already tried Resident Evil 3 and Cry of Fear; my views on them are the same as all the other horror games. Thanks for answering my question though.
I hate "pod" anything so refuse to listen. I was under the impression that horror no longer existed in mainstream gaming. Perhaps you pointed towards some indies?
@ BenelliM4- I didn't think of it until later as I've barely played the game, but Corpse Party? It scares some people.

@ KtMack23- Don't be insulted! People's beliefs are there own to enjoy and respect. Who cares what I think?

Thank you so much for listening to the show! I am touched that you would look passed our gregarious, over-stepping ways and find a way to appreciate the things we say. If I'm ever granted the opportunity, I would be happy to return the favor.
I just recently starting listening, and i havn't listened to much with Max, but with just the 2 of you, its still very entertaining and very funny. Keep up the good work guys.
Great episode, I laughed more than I ever did during Podtoid when Jim talked about his experience at the restaurant. The guy serving you was off his chair. He was either completely insane, drunk, or on drugs of some time. You just made him sound like a complete psychopath Jim. Seriously though, my sides were aching. Funniest Podtoid skit ever.
Did Jim just spoil Journey for me? Is there going to be nothing at the end, and that's the message? Enjoy the journey, not the destination? If so, I'm going to insult his weight in a less than creative fashion.
I did not spoil anything about Journey.
I got so happy when jim said my name. :D
Was sad to hear Jim didn't enjoy 'The Path'. I found it to be really interesting; it struck me as more like a narrative puzzle than anything else, where you're being given clues to a story that you're left to interpret yourself. I ending up taking notes as I played, writing down the clues I found and trying to decide what had happened to each of the characters. From that perspective, I actually found it to be pretty rewarding, and certainly very memorable.

I can understand the cynicism that concepts like the whole 'stay on the path' thing can garner, but I've always found that it's better to agree to the terms that an 'art game' lays down, rather than railing against them whilst still trying to enjoy yourself. I always try to go into that style of 'game' with a strong intent to not question or critique the mechanics the designer has put in place; in a mainstream title you can usually assume that bad game design is down to good old-fashioned incompetence, but with art games I usually figure that any unusual choices have been made for a reason.
