1. PRODUCT: We make all reasonable efforts to properly and correctly show all the characteristics of our products. However, the actual color seen will depend upon the computer equipment you are using. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your computer are the actual colors. By choosing to place an order you are representing to Liberty Street Games that product will be used in a lawful manner only at all times.
2. SHIPPING/RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Your order will be processed within 3-business day of your purchase. We send all of our products out using FedEx Ground. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. When we receive an order it will be sent to the address that the purchaser provided. Please make sure that when you place your order that you enter your shipping address properly. If your shipping address is incorrect and we send a product out to the wrong address because of an improperly entered address we will charge you the buyer the additional shipping costs to deliver the product to you. If you notice a mistake in the shipping address notify us immediately and if we have not already sent out your product there will be no charge to correct the mistake in the address. In the event that a product arrives to you and it is damaged, it is your responsibility to notify us of these damages within 7 days from the date you received your product. If we receive your notification within that 7-day period we will replace the item you purchased at no additional charge to you. Our policy is to replace the damaged items; however, we reserve the right to issue you a full refund instead of replacing the damaged item. We also reserve the right not to pay to ship back to us any damaged items.
3. INFORMATION: We reserve the right to make changes to our website at any time. We make every effort to make sure that the information we publish on the website is current accurate. No matter how diligent, we are human and some of the information we publish on the website may be inaccurate or out dated. We do our best to represent the completeness of this website however we are unable to make any claim to whether or not it is complete or accurate.
