Facility Rental Information

Organized groups can rent the ELC facilities for programs, workshops, meetings, and retreats. Restrictions on the type of activities do apply. For questions on facility rental, call 724-763-6316 or email elcaet@windstream.net .

 Main Building Rental

The main building holds a multi-purpose room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dormitory with overnight accommodations, and a lodge-style great room housing an extensive collection of mounted animals that includes large birds, mammals, fish, and snakes.

Non-Profit Groups All Other Groups
4 Hours = $75 4 Hours = $100
8 Hours = $150 8 Hours = $200
24 Hour Over-night (12pm-12pm) = $200 24 Hour Over-night (12pm-12pm) = $400
Groups requiring programming assistance will be charged an additional hourly fee for staff time as needed. Groups requiring programming assistance will be charged an additional hourly fee for staff time as needed

 

Annex Building Rental

The second building holds a conference room, kitchen, and office space.

Non-Profit Groups All Other Groups
4 Hours = $50 4 Hours = $75
8 Hours = $100 8 Hours = $150
24 Hour Over-night (12pm-12pm) = $150 24 Hour Over-night (12pm-12pm) = $200
Groups requiring programming assistance will be charged an additional hourly fee for staff time as needed. Groups requiring programming assistance will be charged an additional hourly for staff time as needed.

 Reservations:

Space is reserved on a first come-first served basis. Proof of insurance must be shown at check-in. A $100 refundable damage deposit is required for all groups upon check-in. Contact the ELC at 724-763-6316 with all questions or to make reservations.

Programming:

Environmental and resource conservation programming is available for an additional fee. Contact the ELC at 724-763-6316 for more information.
