Anjali, the loving daughter of her parents has always been pitied upon for her leg disability. People view it as a limitation. In her view, it is not a stumbling block and not definitely something for which she should hate life or regret anything!

She has never seen herself as very different from all the people around her and yet thinks she is so different. She has never hesitated in competing in the society as a normal individual whether it was the time of competition in school or the time to bag her promotion at work. She has always tried to achieve based on her merit without breaking down or being unnerved by her disability. Living in her small middle-class home in Mumbai with her parents, she is a content girl. Her parents would love to see her married and often worry and wonder about who would accept her as a wife despite her inadequacy. Her mother is anxiously searching for the right person who would accept her in his life. Anjali however, is in search of someone who will not only accept her but love her for who she is, unconditionally, overlooking every limitation that others see in her. She dreams hard and does not feel the need for a man to fulfill her dreams. She believes she is self-sufficient and also adequate!

Shreekant is in search of his love. He has seen the love he once lost in Anjali. He sees her beyond the triviality. She evokes love and affection in his heart. He feels she has returned!!!
