Isle of Man Post Office offers a range of postal services. Mail is delivered into the domestic and international mail streams for worldwide delivery, quickly and efficiently. Other services include Island-wide counters network, collections and deliveries - tailored to your needs, Door2Door distribution and Special Delivery - guaranteed with a choice of pre 9.00am or 1.00pm next day delivery.

Integrated Mailing Solutions (IMS) provides a wide range of services including: - mail response and management, mail opening, scanning, machine and manual filling of envelopes, printing and personalisation, franking services and supply of stationery including envelopes and letterheads.

Manx Telecom

Manx Telecom prides itself on keeping the Island connected for more than 20 years, providing a state-of-the-art range of fixed line, mobile and data services.

While we’re a Manx company through and through, we’re not only a leader in the Isle of Man. As well as being one of the first companies in the world to offer broadband ADSL services, we were the world’s first to launch the super-fast HSDPA (3.5G) service. 2008 saw us launch a Next Generation Network (NGN): the first of its kind in the world. At a cost of £25 million, this has brought the Island all the benefits of fully converged telecommunications and entertainment.

On top of this, we’ve invested nearly £120 million over the last two decades, including £10 million on the Island’s only purpose-built data hosting centre and another £6 million on a high capacity off-Island MPLS network. All this has played a big part in attracting businesses to the Isle of Man and shaping our booming economy.

Sure Mobile (Cable & Wireless)

Sure launched a mobile network in the Isle of Man in 2007. Our company is now leading the introduction of choice for customers supported by an ongoing commitment to quality, value and customer care in all areas of service.

Today the company operates in two units, UK and International and is listed on the London Stock Exchange. In Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, Cable & Wireless has invested over £40m to revolutionise communications and deliver a new generation of services through Sure, an innovative and exciting new brand.

ManSat

ManSat represents a revolutionary partnership of aerospace, satellite communications, banking, financial services, and international legal interests that have come together to offer unique business services to the world's commercial space marketplace.

Building upon the Isle of Man’s position as a supplier of world-class banking and financial services, ManSat provides tailored business services to meet the needs of the international space industry, focussing on providing access to geostationary orbits and associated radio frequencies.

By contract, ManSat Limited is assisting the Isle of Man Government in the preparation of orbital filings to the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) for all Earth orbits and associated radio frequencies with special focus on geostationary orbit. As such, ManSat is able to offer unique access to geostationary orbit.

Set-up in May of 1998, ManSat Limited is a Manx registered and Manx owned private company limited by shares, with headquarters in Onchan on the Isle of Man and offices in Houston and London.

Communications Commission

The Communications Commission is a Statutory Board of the Isle of Man Government and has responsibility for the licensing and regulation of telecommunications and broadcasting on the Isle of Man. The link will give you further information on their role.
