this game looks awesome, but unfortunately to me i'm not just out of europe as i am not from NA too... being in Brasil and owning a Wii just sucks... the tax rate for games is just insane out here :/

Really liked this presentation and gave a lot on the game. It sold me on picking it up. Need more of this type of visual reviews.

For anyone who doesn't already, order your european copy or find some way to play this because this is most definitely on of the best wii games out there. If you like RPGs, then get this somehow. It's beautiful, in depth, and the story and side quests are enough to peak your interest for a long time.

Brilliant game. I like western RPG's such as oblivion, Dragon Age, Gothic etc, but there's something extra special about Xenoblade Chronicles. It provides a great ambience, with the soothing music in the background, the awesome combat system, the massive and beautiful environments you get to explore, all on the back of a couple huge titans - it really captures what a fantasy world should be like, and gives a great sense of adventure as you go on your epic journey. It's also a good reminder to us all that graphics from a technical perspective don't have to be great to make a great game that immerses you; developers should spend more time on the artistic side rather than worry about what version pixel shader they use and how hard or soft the shadows are.

@HailToTheGun -- Um... yes? This is a Now Playing. We introduce games to you this way. We don't play entire 60+ hour RPGs in them, or any game in its entirety in them. Perhaps you are unfamiliar with our Now Playings? However, I will be recording my personal playthrough and posting those videos in a feature over the course of the next few weeks/months. Be on the lookout!

Where's the rest? This is a 150 hour game and you only posted 57 minutes.

"RE: Cataclysmm -- i love the Xeno series,Xenogears is my fav of them all though instant classic, this one here looks good,a must have in my opinion...this is getting hype so naturally they will make a us version."

This game is not related to those games.

I couldn't even watch it for the same reason as some of you, because it would just serve to remind me of what we here in NA are missing. Once again, we're being denied a truly great game, a mistake that has been repeated time and time again.

Nintendo needs to wake up here. I mean, people are being forced (yes, forced) to resort to modding because of this. Nintendo can remedy this by doing one of two things:

1: Release an update that disables the region lock.
    -or-
2: Bring the game to North America.

    Simple as that.

@b0sse yeah I can only hope they make a US version of Last Story....But trust me you wont regret Xenoblade Chronicles... Its a real gem.

@No_SuRReNDeR: Yeah, I'm gonna get it regardless. I'm so glad that I'm in Europe. Been waiting for this game forever! Also, cant wait for Pandoras Tower and The Last Story. BRING IT ON!

@b0sse I have the UK one and I have to say its actually really well done though It doesn't feel "automatic" at all. You really need to make good choices in a fight or you will get pwned quick. I think its one of the smoothest battle systems I have seen in a jrpg ...I happen to think its one the best aspects of the game.
