Digital requirements
All advertisements may be supplied in digital or camera-ready format—digital preferred. Acceptable media: CD, DVD, e-mail (if file is small enough), or upload to advertiser's FTP. Disks will be returned after pubication upon request.
- InDesign, Quark, PDF, EPS, or tiff.
- Provide hard copy proof at 100%.
- All color must be CMYK (not RGB or spot color) with no ICC profiles.
- Minimum resolution: 1200 dpi for all lineart & logos; all other images 300 dpi.
- For InDesign or Quark, package all images (no jpegs) plus Postcript Type 1 screen & printer fonts.
- For EPS or PDF, outline or embed all fonts.
Method of printing: web offset.
Information regarding online advertising or special units (i.e., inserts, gatefolds, return cards, etc.) is available upon request.
