The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) is the apex sporting body which controls all the sports in Asia. It is one of the five continental associations recognized by the IOC.

The OCA was formed in 1982 and has its permanent headquarters in Kuwait. The main objective of the OCA is to develop sport, culture and education of Asian youth as well as to promote international respect, friendship, goodwill & peace through sports.
Anti Doping
OCA Anti-Doping Rules and Programs shall be applicable at all Asian Games Series.
Hymn
The OCA Hymn was adopted during the 15th OCA GA held in Bangkok from on 9th December 1996. The Hymn is an amalgamation of all the sounds and cultures of the Asian Continent to represent their co-operation and unity

Olympasia projects
Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) in its continued efforts to promote noble sports and Olympic principles in Asia started a project in collaboration with Olympic Solidarity and Daimler Chrysler at the beginning of 2001, called “Olympasia”.

OCA Sport Congress
In light the road of Asian Sports academically and practically.

General scientific framework that the OCA will collect the major Asian sports difficulties thus invites all participants of the Congress .
Headquarters
The permanent headquarters of the OCA is in Kuwait. Mr. Husain Al-Musallam is the Director General of the Executive Work at the headquarters.
Rules & Constitution
The constitution and rules codify the fundamental principles of the OCA and Olympism. Not only does it regulate all member NOCs, it governs the organisation, action and operation of the OCA Movement and sets forth the conditions for the celebration of all the different Asian Games.

The OCA Constitution & Rules, 2006 Edition was formally adopted during the 25th OCA General Assembly held in Doha on 1st of December 2006.
The Constitution is a living document and is updated/amended from time to time by the OCA and its organs.
