if america is talking about defense in terms of jobs and the economy - then the rest of the world can very well turn off their televisions of international channels - and the ratings and expectations of the some 200 countries that gave audience for the audacity of it , during the 2008 elections giving america a basis for marketing , wherein in all probability surpassing usain bolt and michael jackson combined [arts and sports icons - implying that from that perspective alone that america does not need to strive to win the 100 meters - they already have - and more - in that one move] and america wishes to fly in the face of that prospect . The losses will be GREAT . Very GREAT !
