How do I place an order?
When you get to a specific magazine page, choose your subscription rate from the first 'Choose Subscription Rate' drop down menu. From the second drop down menu choose new order or gift order. Then click 'Add to Cart' to add the subscription to your Shopping Cart. Each time you add a subscription you will see the list of items in your Shopping Cart. You can either continue to shop, remove an item, or proceed to check out. During check out you will be asked for billing and address information. You can always view which magazines you have selected by clicking 'Shopping Cart' on the top right corner of any web page in the Source Interlink Magazine Store.

How do I place a gift order?
When you go to a specific magazine page, you can set your gift options from the second drop down box. Choose 'Gift', add the subscription to your cart and you will then be asked the recipient's mailing address. You will also have the option to send a free e-card to the recipient.

How do I find a specific magazine?
Specific magazines in that category will appear as you roll your cursor on the category names listed on the left side of the Source Interlink Media Magazine Store Homepage. Click on the magazine name or 'more' to view all magazines in the category.

When will I receive the first issue of my subscription?
For most U.S. orders, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your new subscription order to process. For Canadian and International orders, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your new subscription order to process. Please note: Bimonthly and quarterly magazines may require additional delivery time.

Where can I find subscription rates for delivery outside of the United States?
You can find Canadian and International subscription rates in the 'Choose Subscription Rate' drop down menu. The subscription rate applies to the address where the magazine will be delivered. During check out you will be asked for billing address information.

When will I receive the first issue of my subscription if I live outside the United States?
For Canadian and International orders, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your new subscription order to process. Please note: Bimonthly and quarterly magazines may require additional delivery time.

How many issues are in a yearly subscription?
The number of issues per year can be found on each specific magazine page and in the 'Choose Subscription Rate' drop down menu.

How do I end my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please call, email or write to customer service. A refund will be issued for any un-served issues of your subscription.

Is it safe to use my credit card when placing an order?
Source Interlink Media uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for all online transactions. SSL encrypts your personal information such as name, address and credit card number in an effort to prevent unauthorized access of this information during the transmission of your online order.

Can I order a subscription without using a credit card?
You can choose the option �Bill Me Later� during checkout instead of paying with a credit card. When you choose this option, you will be sent an invoice and required to send payment by check or money order.

How do I contact customer service?
If you have a question about your current subscription, please contact customer service. Choose the appropriate magazine. Then choose 'Manage Your Account'. You may be asked to enter your account information to change your delivery address, report a missing or damaged issue, cancel a subscription, or get information about billing invoices. Please note: Please allow up to two weeks for the update of your account information in our records.
