SafeCrop fosters the contact and exchange between the international scientists involved in the R&D of innovative plant protection methods, in order to have an updated scientific knowledge and first hand know-how of methods and techniques.
SafeCrop assembles scientists and furnishes them with all the information to prepare national, European and international integrated project and to set up a network of excellence in "food quality and safety".
SafeCrop attracts leading scientist with the scope to document the current state of knowledge, the gaps and the research needs for specific topics. Such conferences, meetings and workshops have the duty to produce a documentation which is public available on the web.
SafeCrop hosts and organises meetings and congresses of professional associations such as the International Organization for Biological Control (IOBC-WPRS) and it promotes workshop, and technical meetings between technician, farmers, researchers and private companies to implement the networking between the different actors involved in the agricultural field.
