The Great Male Survey is open for answering, debate and discussion. First, however, let’s take a quick look back at last year’s Great Male Survey results.

Wife material

The first interesting result that pops out from last year is that a sense of loyalty is the most important personality trait that makes a woman wife material, beating out caring, nurturing and even a sense of humour. We couldn’t believe loyalty won outright, so we’re asking again year. The main weapon used to attract women for 48% of men is a sense of humour. So that explains the popularity of Ed Hardy shirts. Is a sense of humour still the best weapon this time around?

Real men don’t cry

Men like to get wet… and in front of others. Of the men who took our Great Male Survey last year, 77% of them admitted to crying over a women, either in front of her, to friends or to family members. Also of note, 49% of you admitted to watching a chick flick with your significant others. Must be when all that crying is going down.

Living in sin

An astounding 36% of men believe in a soul mate and are actively searching for her on every date. Of the men polled, 35% felt there is no age limit to when a man should get married, but that same percentage felt a man should have a child by the age of 35. This leads us to believe that men are looking for their soul mate and will look forever, but in the meantime we’ll impregnate anyone before we hit the big 35. It will be interesting to see how many men are still looking for a soul mate this year.

A whopping 82% of the men surveyed said they would be in a relationship with a woman who made more money. More than half of those men said that no prenup was necessary in a marriage. This year, the prenup issue is brought up again in our Great Male Survey questioning the benefit of all the men that got screwed out of their sugar momma’s millions. (Hint: There is also a question this year about men getting screwed in court.)

Should a couple live together before marriage? The result of that question: 60% of you said yes. This time around, AskMen.com is wondering if this is still the case; do men still even believe in marriage and does every girl they date have to possess wife potential?

Sex, sex, sex

On average, approximately how often do men have sex? Last year, 37% said less than once a month. We stopped to think, what number is less than one? You poor bastards!

On a high note, 39% of men said they have sex lasting between 15 and 30 minutes. High five. Right here. Studs.
