| Shipping And Handling How much does shipping and handling cost? And can I pay extra to get faster delivery?Forge World charge an additional 12% of the order value for shipping and handling to the UK or 15% to anywhere in the World. We can also offer an Express Delivery option with a shipping time of 2-5 working days from dispatch to anywhere in the world. If you are interested in taking advantage of this service please tell us when you place your order, or choose the option from our online store. Forge World Express Delivery is £12 within the UK or £15 to anywhere in the World in addition to your normal shipping costs for each order independent of the number of products ordered. |
| Delivery Schedule How will my order be shipped? And when will my order arrive?Standard mail orders sent within the UK are shipped First Class Parcel Post. Standard mail orders being sent overseas are shipped First Class Airmail. If we are unable to complete an order from stock, any out of stock items will be automatically back ordered and sent to you as soon as possible.Forge World will always ship your order to you as soon as possible, but if there is any unusual delay, due to very busy periods or an item being temporarily out of production, we will always try to let you know, so please give us a contact phone number or email address.Orders sent within the UK should normally arrive about 2-3 working days after we have sent it to you. Orders being sent to many of the countries in Europe should normally arrive 5-10 working days after we have sent it out to you. Orders being sent to the USA, Canada and many other countries outside Europe should normally arrive 10-14 working days after we have sent it out to you. If you think your order should have been delivered already we recommend you check with your local postal sorting office to see if it is being held there. | Back Orders We maintain good stock levels of the majority of items within our range, but due to the small production runs of these specialist resin models items can be out of stock from time to time. If we are out of stock, unless instructed otherwise, we shall place the item(s) on back order for you. These will then be shipped to you as soon as they return to stock. |
