Gift Aid form – make your gift worth more

Gift Aid enables Habitat for Humanity to reclaim tax on all donations from UK taxpayers. We can claim an extra 28p back from the Treasury for each £1 you donate - at no extra cost to you!

Please let us know if we can reclaim the tax on your gifts, both now and in the future:

Yes, I am a UK taxpayer and would like Habitat for Humanity to treat as Gift Aid donations, all gifts I have given since 6 April 2000, and continue to do so until I inform you otherwise.

No, my gifts no longer qualify for Gift Aid (if you have told us we can claim Gift Aid in the past but this is no longer true.)

All of the fields are mandatory:
Notes
You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that Habitat for Humanity reclaims on your donations in the tax year (currently 28p for each £1 you give).

If in the future your circumstances change and you can no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that Habitat for Humanity reclaims, please cancel your declaration.

All Gift Aid reclaimed will go towards the wider work of Habitat for Humanity Northern Ireland.

You can also give consent for Habitat to claim Gift Aid on your donations, on all of our donation forms, on and offline.
