In one of the biggest postseason shockers across the nation, Fairfax (Los Angeles) eliminated Mater Dei (Santa Ana) in the California Southern Region quarterfinals behind 23 points from Jordan Weathers (pictured). MaxPreps Girls Basketball Xcellent 25

Washington 4A Goes To Federal Way

After 25 years at Federal Way High School, head coach Jerome Collins finally got to cut down the nets after a state championship victory over Garfield Saturday night in Tacoma, Wash. The Eagles shut down heralded sophomore Tony Wroten Jr. of Garfield en route to a 62-54 victory. MaxPreps.com's Nathan Joyce has more on the Eagles' run to No. 1.

Behind 11 points and 20 rebounds from senior forward Kawhi Leonard (pictured), Riverside's King High School stunned national No. 1 Mater Dei of Santa Ana in the California Southern Section Division I-AA championship game.
