How to view and search this document, using Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 and higher:
First, download the document. Then:
Page thumbnails: To see miniature previews of all pages in the document, which can be used to jump quickly to a selected page, go to the “Pages” icon at the upper left corner of your screen. Click on the icon. The thumbnails will appear on the left side of the screen. The page you are viewing will be outlined. To open another page, scroll down to the page in the “Pages” panel and then “click” on that thumbnail page.
Page size: To adjust the size of the page in the main screen area, go to the space on the toolbar at the top of the screen that shows a number and percentage. Use the plus or minus icons to increase or reduce the page size. Or click on the small downward-pointing icon to the right of the number-percentage space to call up a menu of various page sizes.
Set pages to screen size: To automatically set all pages to the size of your screen, click on the box on the toolbar at the top of the page that has four arrows pointing out from inside a square.
Search for a keyword or phrase: To search for a specific word or phrase within the document, type the word or phrase in the search field showing “find.” Then click on the small downward-pointing icon to the right. The word or phrase will be highlighted wherever it appears in the document. Use the Enter key on your keyboard to jump to the next location where the searched word appears in the document.
