Most Innovative Design

It wasn't a question of whether Activision would be producing a version of its incredibly popular Guitar Hero for the DS, but how it would be done. What could have been a cheap formulaic "tap the screen to the beat" game ended up being an ambitious, amazing portable rendition of the franchise. It might elicit some hand "cramping" issues due to the strange and foreign way the game is played on Nintendo's handheld, but there's no denying its incredible accuracy to the brand.
