From the Broadway stage to the pyramids of ancient Egypt to the market places of Tangier, Ann's interaction with psychic energies is related to the public for the first time, including a past-life regression, under hypnosis, with former U.C.L.A. psychologist Dr. Thelma Moss.

The book gives techniques of meditation that have worked for Ann, ways to channel knowledge, and principles of mind training.  Since Ann's experiences are the central part of each chapter, the book is entertaining, and instructional.

Tapping into the Force demonstrates how a Hollywood celebrity, firmly rooted to the physical world, has used her own extrasensory abilities to bring a new dimension to her own life, and to the lives of those around her.

The author feels that, in this "New Age" of developing higher consciousness, only the soundest advice should be given to the public about psychic subjects, since people's lives can be endangered through misinformation.  She has chosen Dr. Maxine Asher, author and professor, to collaborate with her.  Dr. Asher has carefully experimented with developing right-brain centers over the past twenty-five years in the fields of metaphysics and education.  Together the two writers are a fountain of information abut psychic subjects, since both seek to give validity to a field with half-truths.

Dr. Maxine Asher is an author, educator, lecturer, and explorer.  She has researched the scientific evidence for the lost continent of Atlantis for thirty years worldwide.  In some circles she is known as a female "Indiana Jones," and one news article declared, "If Atlantis is there, Maxine Asher will find it!  Dr. Asher has published six books, including Ancient Energy - Key to the Universe and The Atlantis Conspiracy.  She has appeared on dozens of television programs, including Dr. Joyce Brothers, Tom Snyder, Regis Philbin, and Johnny Grant.  She also hosted her own radio show for two years on station KGUY in Palm Desert, California.  Holder of four lifetime teaching credentials, and degrees from UCLA and California State University, Northridge, Dr. Asher currently resides in Los Angeles, where she teaches, writes, and lectures when not traveling abroad for Atlantis research.

"Tapping into the Force" is currently out-of-print. It can be found in local libraries, or through on-line or off-line book search agencies who can locate titles which are not currently in the bookstores.
